This week Titus had his 4 month old check up. He weighed in at 17.4 lbs. He is in the 90+% for height and weight.
While there, we also go the okay to start giving him solid food once a day. That night we made some rice cereal and gave it to him. Her are some pictures and video of the first meal.
This is his response to his first bite.
As you can see, he wasn't the biggest fan. We think he might have been a little too hungry and the milk wasn't heated. We have tried a couple more times but had similar results. We are going to try again tonight with a little thicker cereal that is slightly warm. Hopefully he will like that.
keep trying! eli did the same thing. i wondered if he'd ever be a good eater. i also wondered if it was worth all the effort for all the WASTED breastmilk he spit back out. good luck titus!!!!
