Hannah's First Day of School

Hannah was very excited about her first day of school. She especially loved her new backpack.Hannah even had a few minutes to play her favorite game. She calls for Mommy and Daddy while plugging her ears. She likes the way it sounds to call us with her ears plugged and how we pretend to be yelling (loudly, not angry) at her when she can't hear us.After school we came home and played around the living room. Poor job was tired from his big day home alone with Daddy. So, he took a nap in front of the door and Hannah covered him up (with our dish towel). Night Night Job.

What Every McQuaid Boy Needs

Today Titus received a gift from Uncle Will and Aunt Beth.

Aaron was overjoyed when he saw his wish list for Titus has been fulfilled with a Realtree camo crib set.

I was amazed at the quality of the materials used. I set it up so we could see it all put together. They are much nicer than what I was expecting. (I should never have doubted Sportsman's Guide)
The set included a blanket, fitted sheet, skirt, and 4 bumper pads. The bumper pads are individual instead of one big piece. They are really nice because the case unzips and the pillow insert comes out for easy cleaning. My favorite part is the nice ruffle on top of the bumper pads.

Thanks Aunt Beth and Uncle Will!!! Titus is excited to sleep in his new camo crib, if he can find it.
(HAHAHAHAHA!!!!-come on, I'm allowed one camo joke in this post)

Getting ready for Titus

While getting ready for Titus's arrival, we set up the new crib. It looks great in the nursery.
After Aaron and Hannah's great adventures visiting PA last week, they brought back the cradle for Titus to use in our room the first few months. It fits perfectly between the closet and bathroom doors at the end of our bed.
Hannah loved the fort that she and daddy played in once the crib was set up. Once again, the box was more fun than what was inside.
